Welcome to this space! My name is Ashley, and I've been holding sacred space for women and mothers for over a decade. I began professionally doing so about 8 years ago. I broadened my natural gifts in order to serve the global community through a number of holistic, indigenous, and spiritual modalities.

From Energy work, spiritual practice, holistic doula work, indigenous midwifery, and traditional plant medicine. My goal has always been rooted in mind, body, and spiritual wellness. Incorporating deep ancestral and indigenous practices, I have been honored to walk alongside some courageous women who truly want to transform their lives and or birthing experiences.

As a mothers of 6 and a VBA4C (vaginal birth after 4 c-sections) warrior, it has been vital that I not only support but also educate all mothers in my care so they may have the best possible birth outcome. Mothers should feel that their births resonate with their choices and autonomy, avoiding unnecessary interventions and trauma, all while reciveing seemless and holistic support.

As a woman, I greatly innerderstand the desire to thrive in our womanhood and not fear the power we hold, but instead embrace and embody HER. I aim to provide a safe space for women to discover and master their divine sacred paths while focusing on healing past trauma, navigating their lives, softening their hearts, and holding them accountable when needed through the use of many spiritual and mindfullness based modalities.

As a Healer, my goal is to help women thrive in their daily lives by integrating plant medicine. The use of herbs, Whole Foods, daily wellness practices, and lifestyle changes is all centered on helping women heal from sickness and improve overall wellness. This also includes women who desire to heal their cycles and or cycle-related illness.
